Manuel Canton built Merida's famous landmark, the impressive Canton Palace, now the city's Mayan Anthropology Museum.
Eighteen-foot ceilings, columns, arches, floral moldings, original stain glass windows, and ornate hand painted tiles adorn the B&B throughout. Fresh light décor abounds with tasteful furnishings, and a unique whimsical collection of Mexican folk art & antiques. Colourful tropical gardens, peaceful patios, and a large refreshing swimming pool create tranquil surroundings for a relaxing vacation.
